Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes (K8s), cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing production-grade Kubernetes environments and be capable of understanding, troubleshooting, and contributing to the existing application codebase whenever required. Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure for production workloads.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with developers to understand application architecture and deployment requirements.
- Analyze existing application code and contribute to development whenever necessary.
- Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery of production environments.
- Participate in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, SSL, and ingress controllers.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Strong knowledge of Git version control.
- Ability to understand existing application code and contribute to development when required.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
