We are looking for a Digital Analytics & Reporting Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who can own digital performance reporting, campaign analytics, funnel analysis, dashboarding, and analytics QA across high-growth digital journeys.

Must-have requirements:

• Adobe Analytics certified

• Hands-on Adobe Analytics Workspace experience

• Strong understanding of dimensions, metrics, segments, calculated metrics, events, and dashboards

• Experience in campaign tracking, attribution reporting, and funnel analysis

• Ability to validate analytics tracking using debugging tools

• Strong reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Build weekly and monthly digital performance reports

• Create Adobe Analytics Workspace dashboards and funnel reports

• Analyze campaign, website, landing page, and conversion performance

• Maintain campaign tagging and UTM governance

• Identify tracking gaps, reporting discrepancies, and data quality issues

• Validate analytics events, tags, pixels, and data layer values

• Convert data into clear business insights and action-oriented recommendations

• Work closely with marketing, agency, analytics, and development teams

Good to have:

• Adobe Analytics Report Builder

• Adobe Launch / Adobe Experience Platform Tags

• GA4 / GTM

• Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar

• Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau

• SQL / JavaScript basics

• Experience with high-traffic websites or lead-generation businesses

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, strong in Adobe Analytics, comfortable with messy data, and capable of explaining performance movement clearly to business stakeholders.
