We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital channels.

The role involves, e-commerce cataloging, coordinating with UGC Creators, Influencers, shooting, editing and publishing high-quality videos, reels, and creative posts that strengthen brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

The candidate should be proficient in mobile videography, video editing, content creation, Canva, CapCut, and social media trends. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop content calendars, execute campaigns, create product-focused content, and monitor content performance.

Key responsibilities include creating and editing reels, shorts, product videos, founder videos, social media creatives, and promotional content while ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Shoot product videos using mobile camera.
2. Edit reels, shorts and YouTube videos.
3. Create Instagram, Facebook and YouTube posts.
4. Add captions, subtitles and effects.
5. Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns.
6. Upload content on all social media platforms.
7. Create product explainer videos.
8. Create founder videos (your videos).
9. Manage content calendar.
10. Track reel performance and suggest improvements.
11. Create basic graphics in Canva.
12. Maintain content library of photos and videos.

Skills Required

1. Proficiency in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
2. Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
3. Ability to shoot high-quality videos using smartphones and cameras.
4. Experience in content creation, storytelling and visual communication.
5. Proficiency in Canva, CorelDraw, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
6. Knowledge of social media trends, viral content formats and audience engagement strategies.
7. Basic photography and videography skills, including lighting and framing.
8. Ability to create attractive thumbnails, creatives and promotional materials.
9. Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and ChatGPT.
10. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
12. Basic understanding of digital marketing and brand building.
13. Analytical skills to track content performance and recommend improvements.
14. Good communication and teamwork skills.
15. Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit and publish content.
16. Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
