Head of Brand Marketing

We’re looking for a sharp, founder-energy brand marketer to build Cumin Co. into India’s most loved kitchenware brand.
This role is about owning the larger brand engine: positioning, campaigns, PR, partnerships, launches, consumer insight, community, gifting, offline activations and making sure Cumin Co. becomes a brand people remember, talk about and want in their kitchens.
What you’ll own
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Build and sharpen Cumin Co.’s positioning across cookware, kitchen tools, gifting and future categories. Make the brand feel premium, warm, modern, Indian and deeply differentiated.
Campaigns & Launches
Own the brand calendar across product launches, festive drops, gifting moments, category campaigns and cultural moments. Work closely with product, growth, design and founders to create campaigns that drive both recall and revenue.
PR & Founder-Led Brand Building
Build our PR engine across business, lifestyle, design, food, startup and consumer media. Shape founder POVs, product stories, category narratives and milestone announcements.
Influencers, KOLs & Partnerships
Build a strong ecosystem across chefs, creators, food voices, lifestyle influencers, wedding/gifting partners, premium brands and relevant communities. Move beyond one-off collaborations and create long-term brand associations.
Community & Offline Brand Experiences
Create Cumin Co. moments offline: supper clubs, workshops, chef tables, pop-ups, society activations, retail events, wedding showcases and premium gifting experiences.
Consumer Insight & Brand Love
Stay close to customers. Understand why they buy, what they love, what they fear, what they gift, what they repeat and what they tell others. Translate that into sharper campaigns and better brand decisions.
Gifting & Occasions
Make Cumin Co. a go-to brand for weddings, housewarmings, festive gifting, corporate gifting and premium personal gifting. Work on packaging, bundles, partnerships and occasion-led storytelling.
Brand Governance Across Touchpoints
Work with growth, design, product, CX, marketplaces and offline teams to ensure the brand shows up consistently everywhere: website, marketplaces, packaging, PR, retail, community, events and customer touchpoints.
What we’re looking for
Someone with 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer brands, D2C, lifestyle, beauty, food, home, fashion, hospitality, premium retail or design-led categories.
