Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Content Creator based in Jaipur. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing engaging content across multiple digital platforms to support business and marketing goals. Key responsibilities include content creation, social media management, multimedia production, and collaboration with the marketing and design teams. The role requires research, executing campaigns, and analyzing the performance of content strategies to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
• Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in the primary language of the target audience (e.g., Hindi, English, or regional languages).
• Digital Literacy: High comfort level with smartphones, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), and basic cloud storage like Google Drive.
• Camera Operation: Proficiency in using either professional DSLRs/Mirrorless cameras or high-end smartphone cameras.
• Lighting Knowledge: Understanding of “Three-Point Lighting” (Key, Fill, and Backlight) to ensure subjects look professional and clear.
• Audio Capture: Experience using external microphones (lapel, shotgun, or wireless) to ensure crisp, noise-free sound.
• Basic Stabilization: Knowledge of using gimbals, tripods, or handheld techniques to avoid shaky footage.

Video Software Skills

• Software Proficiency: Basic to intermediate skills in editing software.
• Mobile: CapCut, VN Editor, or InShot.
• Desktop: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Storytelling: Ability to cut footage to maintain a good pace, add transitions, and use background music effectively.

Creative and Trend Catcher

• Captioning: Skill in adding engaging on-screen text and subtitles to make videos accessible.
• Trend Awareness: Keeping up with current viral trends, audio tracks, and “hooks” that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
• Script Interpretation: The ability to take a rough idea or script and visualize how it should be shot.
• Time Management: Capability to meet strict deadlines, especially for daily social media uploads.
• Portfolio/Showreel: A collection of previous work (even if personal projects) that demonstrates the ability to film and edit.
