Digital Content & Multimedia Specialist (Remote) Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Create graphics, visual assets, and branded content for use across digital and social media platforms
• Edit and produce short-form video content optimized for social media engagement
• Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms
• Support email marketing and content initiatives using platforms such as Klaviyo
• Maintain consistent visual branding, messaging, and design quality across all content
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative projects, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
• Manage multiple creative deliverables while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in graphic design, video editing, social media content creation, or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience using Klaviyo is required
• Strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating content for E-Commerce or digital brands is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Schedule & Location

• Fully remote position
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Availability for overlap with U.S. Eastern and Pacific time zones preferred

Technical Requirements

• Personally owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
• Quiet and professional remote workspace suitable for creative and collaborative work
