We’re looking for a fast-moving, execution-driven Digital Growth & Community Associate to help scale the launch momentum of an upcoming fintech / market-intelligence mobile platform.

This is not a passive social media role. We want someone who can build audience, create engaging content, drive traction, and grow communities consistently.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Grow our presence across Instagram, Telegram, X, Facebook, WhatsApp & YouTube Shorts

• Create and publish daily content — reels, posts, stories, carousels, teasers & launch creatives

• Build pre-launch buzz and support launch campaigns through strong content execution

• Drive organic growth via communities, trends, comments, DMs, reposting & collaborations

• Support Meta & Google ad campaigns

• Track growth metrics including reach, engagement, clicks & sign-ups

• Work directly with founders and turn ideas into high-performing content quickly

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing / digital marketing / social media

• Strong execution mindset — fast learner, fast mover

• Comfortable with Instagram growth, Telegram communities & short-form content

• Canva + basic video editing skills

• Strong written English & Hindi

• Interest in fintech, finance, or markets is a plus

• Must be available to work onsite from Indore
