IT Support Officer Full Time NEW

Full job description

Ø Candidates must have strong knowledge of Server level troubleshooting.

Ø Candidate must have strong knowledge of networking & its related issues and their solutions

Ø Strong understanding about basic troubleshooting of common computer issues.

Ø Should have knowledge of active directory

Ø Access Management, Biometric machine installation and troubleshooting

Ø CCTV installation & troubleshooting, SOPHOS firewall.

Ø Accurately maintain and update IT asset Inventory to keep track of the equipment’s

Ø Provide IT operational Support by resolving incidents, requests and problems

Ø Associated with various IT systems

Ø open to learn new technology, must have worked on any ERP (Navision will be an advantage)

Ø The candidate must have an experience in providing the IT Infra support to any manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
