At Matrix Medicals, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team. 🔹 Experience: 0-2 years in Digital Marketing

💼 What You’ll Do:

•⁠ ⁠Manage and optimize our social media platforms with consistent and professional brand communication

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute structured digital content strategies aligned with business goals

•⁠ ⁠Generate qualified leads through organic and paid campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Plan and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

•⁠ ⁠Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and improve conversions

•⁠ ⁠Work with Excel and CRM tools to track, manage, and analyze leads and customer data

•⁠ ⁠Provide actionable insights to optimize lead management and prospect workflows, improving conversion efficiency

•⁠ ⁠Proactively brainstorm and present new ideas to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and digital growth

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠Background in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field

•⁠ ⁠0–2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in Healthcare)

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools

•⁠ ⁠A creative thinker who can translate insights into actionable marketing ideas
