Role Overview

We need more than a “poster.” We need a strategic executor who lives and breathes metrics. You will be responsible for managing our brand voice across social platforms, running high-ROI lead generation campaigns, engineering viral content for maximum reach, executing awareness drives, and most importantly—showcasing tangible results and student success stories to build trust.

Key Responsibility

1. Social Media Handling (The Voice of Sapience)

• Manage and grow all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Shorts, Reels).
• Create a consistent content calendar balancing educational tips, student life, faculty insights, and industry news.
• Engage with the community: respond to DMs, comments, and mentions within 2 hours during business hours.

2. Lead Generation Campaigns (The Closer)

• Design and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) specifically optimized for form fills, inquiries, and demo requests.
• Build landing pages and funnels that convert cold traffic into warm leads.
• Retargeting strategy to bring back visitors who didn’t convert.

3. Content for Maximum Reach & Awareness (The Viral Engine)

• Produce “scroll-stopping” hooks (Reels, Shorts) designed for high shareability and views.
• Run awareness campaigns (CPM/Reach objectives) to put “Sapience Education” into every relevant conversation.
• Leverage trends, sounds, and challenges relevant to the education sector.

4. Campaign Results & ROI Tracking (The Analyst)

• Track and report KPIs weekly: CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and CPC.
• A/B test ad copy, creatives, and audiences constantly.

5. The Showcase (The Proof)

• Student Showcase: Proactively collect, edit, and publish student testimonials, success stories, and transformation journeys.
• Result Showcase: Create highlight reels showing exam scores, placement records, and project wins.
• Behind-the-Scenes: Showcase faculty prep, classroom energy, and campus life to humanize the brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing, specifically in Education, EdTech, or Coaching institutes.

Platforms Expert in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and organic social tools (Later, Metricool).

Creative Basic graphic design for Reels/Shorts.

AnalyticsGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel setup, Conversion API tracking.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Within the first 90 days, you will be measured on:
