Ocean Freight Forwarding Bookings & Sales Full Time NEW

• Provide ocean freight rate quotations to customers
• Understanding of rate management process, and reading carrier rate sheets
• Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers
• Effectively maintain the relationship with existing customers
• Update the booking confirmation on the company’s systems worksheets
• Work closely with shippers, vendors, and suppliers and complete errors on incomplete or inconsistent documentation
• Send pre-alert documents to customers, shippers, consignees, and suppliers to keep them updated on statuses
• Handle customer inquiries and questions to ensure customer satisfactions

Qualifications

· Requires 3 years sales experience with a minimum 3-year experience in Freight Forwarding

· Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

· Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to multitask under pressure while meeting deadlines

Schedule: India Night Shift 5:30 pm- 3:30 AM for US hours

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
