Marketing Role
Job Description
APAC and MEA Field marketing support + digital marketing support (especially with performance marketing campaigns)
Experience: 4-6 years
Key Responsibilities
•Support field marketing initiatives across the APAC and MEA regions, serving as the primary point of contact for regional field marketing activities.
•Assist with digital marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on performance-driven campaigns.
•Manage, optimize, and grow engagement across social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
•Create, maintain, and execute the social media and content calendars aligned to campaign objectives.
•Track, analyze, and report on campaign and social media performance, delivering weekly and monthly insights.
•Conduct market research to assess industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and present findings through structured reports.
•Collaborate closely with regional GTM leads to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
•Partner with SEO teams to enhance regional visibility and performance.
•Support Stellium’s marketing strategy by analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and maintaining marketing calendars.
•Project-manage the development of marketing and creative assets across the Stellium product portfolio.
•Communicate campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables to sales teams, including guidance on campaign usage and promotion.
•Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by coordinating logistics, schedules, contacts, and communications.
•Maintain follow-up plans and regularly monitor the progress and effectiveness of all active campaigns.
•Manage the inventory and directory of sales enablement and marketing collateral, ensuring materials are current and coordinating the creation of new assets as needed.
•Oversee owned social media channels to ensure consistent messaging and increased engagement tied to campaign initiatives.
•Develop and manage the company newsletter to support ongoing communication and engagement.
•Continuously research and identify new sources of prospective customer data, providing actionable recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
•Basic design knowledge is a plus and supports efficient execution of marketing assets.
Skills and Qualifications
• MBA degree preferred
• A degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or communications is a plus
• General knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and content marketing
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
• Project Management skills
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization
• Experience in project management
• Team player
Preferred Qualifications
• Past work experience as a marketing or social media coordinator or similar role
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
• Experience working with budgets and forecasting
• Light graphic design skills
• Background in advertising
• Experience in content creation
• Experience in copywriting
Education:
• Bachelor’s (Required)
