About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Digital Marketing & Website Growth Executive to drive our online presence, increase audience engagement, manage our website, and support brand growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, WordPress website management, SEO, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, graphics, and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
• Track and report social media performance metrics.

Website Management & Development (WordPress)

• Manage, update, and maintain the company website using WordPress.
• Publish and optimise website content, blogs, landing pages, and resources.
• Coordinate website enhancements, plugin management, security updates, and performance improvements.
• Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and user experience are optimised.

SEO & Digital Marketing

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance using analytics tools.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, brand visibility, and lead generation.
• Support email marketing and newsletter campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or Website Management.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and website management.
• Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
