Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Performance Marketing professionals with strong expertise in Google Ads and Search Ads (Search Campaigns). The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes, improve ROI, and scale performance.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage and optimize Google Ads / Search Ads campaigns end-to-end
– Perform keyword research, targeting, and campaign structuring
– Continuously monitor and improve performance metrics like CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
– Implement and optimize bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Smart Bidding – tCPA, tROAS)
– Conduct campaign analysis and derive actionable insights
– Perform A/B testing on ad copies and campaign structures
– Analyze search terms and user intent to improve targeting
– Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization
– Drive lead generation and performance marketing goals
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure delivery of client objectives

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
– Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Search Ads (PPC / SEM)
– Strong expertise in Search Campaigns (Mandatory)
– Proven experience in Campaign Management and Campaign Optimization
– Strong knowledge of Keyword Research and Bidding Strategies
– Hands-on experience with performance metrics: CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS
– Experience in Performance Marketing / Lead Generation campaigns
– Ability to independently manage campaigns end-to-end
– Experience in Campaign Analysis and data-driven optimization
– Exposure to Client Handling / Stakeholder Management
– Good communication and analytical skills

– Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies / Ad Agencies
– Knowledge of Ad Copywriting, A/B Testing, and Funnel Optimization
