Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with a strong focus on paid search, paid social, and lead generation
• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Highly analytical, data‑driven marketer with a focus on measurable performance
• Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media budgets and vendor partners
• Comfortable overseeing automotive digital advertising vendors and OEM co‑op programs
• Solid understanding of automotive promotions, offer pacing, and sales alignment
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 per year

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Drive traffic, leads, and short‑term revenue impact through paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns
• Manage Google Ads, including OEM co‑op programs and local dealership campaigns
• Oversee paid social advertising with a focus on lead generation and conversion efficiency
• Optimize the lead funnel including landing pages, forms, CTAs, and offer structure
• Manage and coordinate external automotive digital ad vendors to ensure performance standards are met
• Set up, test, and continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of offers, creative, and ad copy
• Track and manage monthly digital ad spend by store, ensuring efficiency and accountability
• Monitor key performance metrics including cost per lead, lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI
• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to align promotions with inventory and sales objectives
• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable, data‑driven insights
