Lead – Category Management Full Time

👨‍💼 Reporting To: Head – SCM

⏳ Experience: 5–8 Years

As a Lead – Category Management, you will:

✅ Define and execute category growth strategies

✅ Manage end-to-end supplier, vendor, and manufacturer relationships

✅ Drive category revenue, margins, and overall P&L performance

✅ Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Fulfilment teams

✅ Ensure operational excellence across procurement and supply chain processes

✅ Present category performance insights and recommendations to leadership

What we’re looking for:

✔ MBA/Post Graduate qualification in SCM, Operations, Business, Agri, or related fields

✔ 5–8 years of experience in Category Management, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles

✔ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

✔ Analytical and data-driven mindset

✔ Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations
