Job Title: Email Marketing Executive (Remote | India Preferred)About the Role

We are hiring an Email Marketing Executive to manage and scale outbound campaigns across multiple ventures operating in the US, India, and Australia.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on cold email marketing, campaign management, and content creation. You will play a key role in driving pipeline growth and booking qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities1. Email Campaign Setup & Infrastructure

• Set up domains and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
• Manage inbox warm-ups and email deliverability
• Execute outbound campaigns sending 600–1200 emails/day
• Build AI-powered personalization workflows (Clay, n8n, Make, etc.)

2. Campaign Management & Optimization

• Create and manage multi-step cold email sequences (3–5 steps)
• Monitor inboxes and route qualified leads
• Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, messaging, CTAs)
• Optimize follow-ups, scheduling, and sending limits
• Share weekly performance reports

3. Content & Collateral Creation

• Write high-quality cold emails and nurture sequences
• Create one-pagers, proposals, and pitch decks
• Draft LinkedIn content (2–3 posts/week)
• Develop case studies and outreach materials

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• 600–1200 emails/day
• 40%+ open rates
• 8%+ reply rates
• 30+ meetings/month

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in email marketing, cold outreach, or SDR roles
• Experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar
• Knowledge of email deliverability and domain setup
• Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills

Good to Have

• Experience in US B2B markets (SaaS, FinTech, enterprise tech)
• LinkedIn content writing or ghostwriting experience
• Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint)
• Experience handling multiple brands or client

Immediate joiners /freelancers most preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
