About the Role:

This role is pivotal in designing and executing high-impact digital media strategies that maximize brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI/ROAS while ensuring we extract the most value from every rupee spent.

Responsibilities:

• Media Planning: Develop, plan, implement and optimize paid digital and social media campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.).
• Cost Optimization & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs, improve media buying efficiencies, and drive higher return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Performance Analytics & Insights: Implement robust tracking and data-driven decision-making to continuously refine campaign performance.
• Creative & Content Strategy: Work closely with teams to design high-performing ad creatives tailored for each platform.
• Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, AI-powered optimizations, and platform algorithm changes to keep Rouzy Tribe at the forefront of digital advertising.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise: in managing large-scale budgets (5crores+) with a track record of delivering cost efficiencies and revenue impact.
• Deep knowledge: of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and Performance Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing analytics tools.
• Experience in Real Estate industry is a plus.
