The Team

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Primary Responsibility

• Engage in E2E Pursuit related activities – RFI/RFP/RFQ Phase
• Engage in BD and Presales activities for enterprise-grade engagements
• Advise clients on solving their signature issues on subjects of growth, efficiency, and customer engagement using digital and AI technologies
• Lead design thinking, conceptualization, and idea scaling workshops with CxO-level stakeholders
• Uncover opportunities to drive top-line and bottom-line improvement using digital and AI capabilities
• Define digital and AI use cases relevant to client ambition and industry trends
• Prepare architecture blueprints with solution building blocks (digital & AI tech platforms, tools) to fulfil client ambition
• Develop EA views across business, applications, data, integrations, and AI service layers
• Identify best-fit digital and AI-powered solutions / platforms to realize client ambition
• Draft technical requirements for consumer-facing technology platforms (marketing, commerce, loyalty, analytics, planning, conversational AI, etc.)
• Drive product roadmap from conceptualization to launch, working with business, data science, and technology implementation teams
• Evaluate and integrate AI enablers such as Agent Frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen) for building intelligent applications
• Independently prepare client proposals and pitch-packs

Skills & Competencies

• (Must) Digital Strategy Consulting
• (Must) Enterprise Architecture
• (Must) Solution Architecture for at least 2 of: marketing, commerce, loyalty, planning
• (Must) Experience in AI product lifecycle – ideation to deployment (LLMOps, RAG, Agent Architectures)
• (Must) Familiarity with AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen or similar
• (Must) Understanding of Prompt Engineering and Knowledge Integration (Vector DBs, Semantic Search)
• (Must) Excellent written & verbal communication, client interaction skills

Industry Experience

• Cross-Industry (BFSI, TMT, Retail, FMCG)

Education

• (Must) B.E. in Computer / IT / EC
• (Must) MBA in General Mgmt / IT / Marketing
