Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Director / VP of platform engineering and Architecture to lead our application engineering function across platforms and digital experiences.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on:

• Driving software platform engineering excellence at scale

• Elevating user experience across web and mobile platforms

• Bringing a strong hands on product + platform mindset into execution • Leading high-performance distributed teams

• End-to-end ownership of web and mobile application development, application re-engineering, modernizing across portals, platforms

• Delivery of intuitive, engaging, and high-quality user experiences .User-first approach to engineering

• Engineering strategy aligned with business growth and platform scale • A culture of speed, delivery on time , ownership, and continuous innovation

What We Are Looking For

A Leader who builds and scales world class software applications and platforms.

Experience

• 12-18+ years in end to end application development and engineering leadership preferably in healthcare, media and ecommerce domains

• Must have built and delivered high impact modern digital software platforms, portals , mobile apps or SaaS ecosystems

• Strong hands on experience across: o Web and mobile, portal, websites development. o Distributed systems and scalable architectures

• Experience leading remote/global engineering teams

Technical Strength

• Enterprise Architecture: Ability to define and govern end-to-end architecture, including platform design, integration strategy, scalability, and security at scale.
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular (or similar modern frameworks), PHP Laravel
• UI Engineering: Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
• Design Tools: Hands-on experience with Figma (ability to translate design systems into production-grade UI)

• Mobile: iOS / Android / cross-platform frameworks

• Backend: Node.js, .NET, Java, Python

• Cloud: AWS / Azure

• Architecture: Microservices, API-first, event-driven systems
• DevOps: CI/CD, containers, modern deployment practices
• Exposure to AI-driven applications is a plus
