Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a dispatch executive located in Noida. The dispatch executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing logistics operations, managing shipment schedules, and monitoring the progress of deliveries. Other responsibilities include ensuring adherence to compliance and safety standards, addressing any delays or issues, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. The role also involves analyzing logistical challenges to improve efficiency and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain accurate logs of dispatched items, delivery trucks, and tracking numbers.
• File and update dispatch documentation digitally.
• Support the dispatch team in preparing and processing daily orders.
• Help ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers or distribution points.
• Communicate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to confirm order details.
• Coordinating with different teams like sales team, etc.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
• Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A bachelor’s or master’s in supply chain or transportation management is preferred.
