Full job description
We are a growing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. If you are a strong communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and record important details
- Track drivers and shipments to ensure on-time deliveries
- Communicate regularly with drivers and provide updates as needed
- Handle issues quickly and coordinate with the right team members
- Monitor routes and adjust schedules based on urgency
- Report delays or service issues to the operations team and customer service
- Manage driver messages and calls
- Prepare and submit customs paperwork
- Follow up with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance
- Arrange repairs for trucks if breakdowns occur
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dispatching: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
