Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Documentation & QA Executive located in Udaipur. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage production and quality documentation while ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Management

Manage and maintain BMRs, production records, SOPs, logbooks, and related documentation with accuracy and timely updates. Ensure proper filing, document control, daily reporting, and easy retrieval of records as per compliance standards.

• Production & In-Process Support

Monitor in-process production data, batch status, and daily manufacturing activities. Ensure line clearance, checklist completion, and accurate records of raw material usage, yield, and packing details.

• Quality Compliance

Maintain COA reports, registers, and QA documentation. Support internal audits and ensure all records are updated as per GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of BMR, BPR, COA, SOP, and GMP documentation
• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Good filing and record management skills
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical / chemical manufacturing processes
• B.Sc. / B.Pharm / Any Science Graduate/ B. Com
• Experience: 1–3 years in a related field
