About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive / Content Creator / Graphic Designer for our nutraceutical and wellness brand.

The candidate should understand social media trends, health and fitness content, product creatives, reels, short videos, ad creatives, packaging visuals, and brand storytelling. This role requires someone who can create premium, engaging, and conversion-focused content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create daily social media content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Design premium product creatives, banners, posters, carousels, ads, thumbnails, and marketplace images.
• Shoot and edit reels, short videos, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and influencer-style content.
• Create content around fitness, wellness, nutrition, supplements, product benefits, lifestyle, and brand education.
• Maintain a consistent brand look, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Work on performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and marketplace promotions.
• Prepare product launch creatives, campaign creatives, festive offers, influencer collaboration creatives, and story posts.
• Coordinate with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams for content planning.
• Track social media trends and convert them into relevant brand content.
• Manage basic posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and engagement.
• Support website, Shopify, marketplace, and WhatsApp marketing creatives when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in social media content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing creatives.
• Prior experience with a nutraceutical, supplement, fitness, wellness, FMCG, beauty, skincare, or D2C brand is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Ability to create reels, short videos, product creatives, and ad creatives.
• Good understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, content formats, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of branding, typography, layouts, colors, and premium product presentation.
• Ability to write simple captions and content ideas in English/Hindi.
• Should be creative, disciplined, and able to work with deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of fitness, nutrition, supplements, gym culture, wellness, and health trends.
• Experience in product photography or mobile shooting.
• Experience creating content for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Shopify, or D2C websites.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads creatives and e-commerce conversion-focused design.
• Ability to create premium luxury-style product visuals and lifestyle content.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field preferred.

Strong portfolio and practical skills will be given more importance than qualification.
