Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews and feedback.
• Negotiate salary and offer discussions with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS.
• Ensure quick turnaround time and meet hiring targets.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring skill sets.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in domestic IT recruitment (India market).
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
