Job Summary
We at Coforge are looking for DuckCreek Policy Architect / Lead to design, architect, and lead DuckCreek Policy implementations for P&C insurance solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise, architectural ownership, and the ability to lead technical teams while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end DuckCreek Policy implementations
- Define solution architecture, technical design, and integration strategy
- Provide technical leadership to development and configuration teams
- Drive Product Model (APM), Rate, Rule, Forms, and Workflow design
- Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Lead code reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders
- Support production issues, upgrades, and DuckCreek version migrations
- Mentor team members and enforce DuckCreek standards and governance
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with DuckCreek Policy (Architect / Lead role)
- Deep expertise in:
- Product Model (APM)
- Rate, Rules, Forms
- Policy Lifecycle & Workflow
- Proficient in DuckCreek Configuration & Customization
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- C#, .NET
- XML, XSLT
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Experience with REST / SOAP integrations
- Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain (Personal / Commercial Lines)
Good to Have
- Experience with DuckCreek SaaS (OnDemand / DCOD)
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with integration of Billing, Claims, Rating engines
- Knowledge of Guidewire or other Policy Admin Systems
- DuckCreek Certification (Policy / Technical)
Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
