Role Description This is a full-time, on-site E Commerce Executive role based in Gurugram. The E Commerce Executive will manage day-to-day operations on key online marketplaces and the brand’s own website, including product listing, pricing updates, inventory tracking, and order management. This role will monitor sales performance and customer behavior, generate reports, and use analytics to optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. The E Commerce Executive will coordinate with internal teams for promotions, new launches, catalog updates, and stock availability, ensuring product information and visual content are accurate and compelling. The role also includes managing marketplace relationships, resolving operational or customer issues, and supporting digital initiatives that drive traffic, sales, and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce metrics, track campaign performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Account Management for online marketplaces and platforms, including listings, promotions, and partner communication.
• Sales and Sales Management skills to plan and execute growth strategies, manage targets, and improve conversion and revenue.
• Team Management capabilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify or similar) and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in product content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; prior experience in footwear, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus.
