E-commerce Growth Executive Full Time

Skiya Aroma is a fast-growing Indian fragrance and home decor brand looking for an E-commerce Growth Executive to manage and scale our online sales channels.

This role is primarily focused on Amazon growth while ensuring our presence across Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces remains optimized and up to date.

We are looking for someone who understands marketplace operations, listing optimization, Amazon advertising, inventory planning, and sales growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon product listings to improve visibility and conversions

• Handle Amazon Seller Central operations and account management

• Execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns

• Conduct keyword research and marketplace SEO

• Monitor product rankings, sales performance, and competitor activity

• Manage Amazon FBA processes and inventory planning

• Optimize product listings across Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces

• Maintain and update product catalogs on Shopify

• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and marketplace sale events

• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and grow marketplace sales

• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, inventory management, and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, or Amazon Account Management

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central

• Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns

• Understanding of marketplace SEO and listing optimization

• Working knowledge of Shopify

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to take ownership and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon FBA

• Experience working with D2C brands

• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms

• Experience in Home Decor, Lifestyle, Beauty, Fragrance, or Consumer Products categories

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
