About The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketplace Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with the Ecommerce team to optimize product listings, manage online marketplace operations, and improve customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and optimizing product listings on various ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and rankings.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improving sales, ratings, and reviews.
- Help in managing inventory and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to help shape strategies.
- Support in managing advertising campaigns and promotions on ecommerce platforms.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights on product trends, customer behaviour, and marketplace performance.
- Assist in handling returns and customer service-related tasks.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills (optional).
