Role Description This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce role based in Delhi, India. The E-Commerce team member will manage online product listings, ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images, and regularly update catalogs across marketplaces and the company’s online platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with production and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely order processing, packaging, and dispatch. The role involves handling customer queries and issues through online channels, maintaining high service standards, and tracking sales performance and traffic metrics to identify trends and opportunities. The E-Commerce team member will also support online promotions, campaigns, and content updates, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to improve conversion and customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including marketplace operations and online catalog management
• Proven Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, traffic reports, and performance metrics
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for managing online customer interactions
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support revenue growth through online channels
• Basic understanding of digital tools such as Excel, online dashboards, and marketplace portals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
• Experience in FMCG, baby products, or retail/e-commerce environments is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
