Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Hapur, UP. We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful ecommerce strategies, driving revenue growth, and optimizing the online customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of our e-commerce platform on Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart & other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, user behavior, and sales data to optimize the platform.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals in order to boost online sales.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.
• Ensure accurate and engaging product listings.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage claim settlement.
• Address customer feedback and implement improvements based on user behavior and preferences.

Qualifications/Key Skills:

• Minimum experience of 6 years or more as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Experience in managing Amazon, Ajio, Flipkart and Myntra.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Team management and leadership skills.
