We are expanding our Marketplace Operations team and are looking for a results-driven Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize our clients’ presence on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay (USA Market).

Role Overview

As a Marketplace Executive at Alviras Solutions, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling our clients’ eCommerce performance. You will oversee the end-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations, ensuring listings, campaigns, and operations run seamlessly. This role demands a mix of analytical thinking, operational expertise, and creative problem-solving.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations for our client’s accounts (US market focus).
• Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings, ensuring brand consistency and SEO optimization.
• Execute and monitor bulk uploads, flat file templates, and variation listings with accuracy.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly client reports with actionable insights.
• Identify and resolve listing, inventory, and account health issues, proactively raise and close tickets with Amazon.
• optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, focusing on ROAS, ACOS, and growth KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align listings and ad strategies with brand tone and positioning.
• Manage presence across other marketplaces such as Etsy and eBay, maintaining consistent branding and catalog accuracy.
• Stay updated on Amazon algorithm updates, policy changes, and FBA processes specific to the US market.

What you’ll need

• 2-4 years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations for the US marketplace.
• Proficiency with bulk uploads, listing creation, and flat file management.
• Working knowledge of Brand Analytics, Helium10, Amazon USA, Etsy and eBay seller platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO across different marketplaces, including keyword research, campaign creation, bid optimization, and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Ads
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Excel Sheets for reporting and analysis.

You’ll thrive here if

• You have hands-on experience with tools like Helium10, Brand Analytics, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or DataHawk.
• You have understanding of luxury brand positioning and visual merchandising in eCommerce.
• You have exposure to international marketplaces (EU, CA, AU) is a plus.
• You are willing to learn, grow and build a strong portfolio of international eCommerce experience.
