At RubikX, we build cutting-edge eCommerce storefronts for some of the most exciting brands in the promotional products space. We’re looking for a motivated entry-level eCommerce Specialist to join our growing team.

🛍️ What You’ll Do:

• Help build and manage eCommerce storefronts for promotional merchandise clients

• Coordinate product data, SKUs, pricing, and inventory across platforms

• Support order management and fulfillment workflows

• Use Excel extensively to organize, track, and report on product and order data

• Collaborate with our tech and client success teams to deliver great storefront experiences

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Final-year college student or recent graduate (any major welcome — business, marketing, or tech is a plus)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel — this is a must

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills

• Curiosity about eCommerce, SaaS, or promotional merchandise

• A self-starter mindset and willingness to learn fast

Bonus points if you’ve ever ordered branded merch, built a Shopify store, or just love how the internet sells things. 😄
