Role Description This is a full-time, on-site EDP role based in Shillong. The EDP professional will be responsible for managing student and academic data, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into internal systems, and maintaining up-to-date records for admissions, enrollments, fee collections, and academic performance. The role involves generating and sharing regular reports for center management, coordinating with academic and operations teams to support class scheduling, examinations, and result processing, and helping to resolve data-related queries from students, parents, and staff. The EDP team member will also support the implementation of new digital tools and processes, assist in maintaining data security and confidentiality, and contribute to continuous improvement of center-level administrative workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong data management and MIS abilities, including accurate data entry, record maintenance, and proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Basic technical aptitude to work with educational software, databases, and ERP/CRM systems, along with a willingness to learn new digital tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with students, parents, faculty, and internal teams in a professional and supportive manner.
• Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and capacity to work reliably in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-service orientation and the ability to handle queries and resolve issues in a calm and efficient way.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Science, or Management preferred) from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in education administration, front office, or data management in an academic or training setting is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Shillong and flexibility to support extended hours during peak academic or admission cycles when needed.
