Sieva Network Solutions is inviting applications from fresh graduates for a Tech Support role and is hiring for its exclusive US-based client (California), which specializes in manufacturing and selling GPS tracking and ELD (Electronic Logging Device) solutions across the United States.

*Key Responsibilities*
– Assist customers with queries related to GPS trackers and ELD systems
– Provide technical support via calls, emails, and chat
– Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers effectively
– Learn and understand product features to become a product expert
– Maintain and update records using CRM/ticketing tools
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
*Eligibility Criteria (Freshers Welcome)*
– Recent graduates (any stream) can apply
– Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) are mandatory
– Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes
– Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
– Must be comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
*Preferred Skills*
– Basic understanding of GPS or technical products (not mandatory)
– Good analytical thinking and practical approach
– Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
