Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning
Install, test, and commission electrical equipment, panels, machines, or systems at client sites.
Verify wiring, connections, control panels, and power distribution before start-up.
Ensure equipment is installed in accordance with electrical standards and customer requirements.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.
Identify faults, diagnose issues, and provide quick, effective solutions.
Handle breakdowns and on-site service requests efficiently.
- Site Visits & Field Operations
Travel to customer locations for installation, service, inspections, and support.
Prepare service reports, installation reports, and feedback documentation after every visit.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Design, Sales) regarding site needs and updates.
- Technical Support
Provide technical assistance to clients for the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Train customer staff on safety procedures and equipment usage.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication.
- Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logbooks, service records, checklists, and test reports.
Update management regarding site progress, issues, and completion status.
Follow safety standards, company protocols, and industry guidelines.
Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, wiring, and testing tools.
Ability to read schematics, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Hands-on experience with multimeter, clamp meter, testing kits, etc.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, customer handling, and fieldwork adaptability.
