Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketer / Digital Marketer with 1-4 years of experience to drive lead generation and client acquisition for US markets. The role combines cold email outreach with broader digital marketing activities to build pipeline and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns
- Create and manage email sequences, follow-ups, and A/B testing
- Build and maintain prospect databases for targeting US clients
- Perform lead generation using LinkedIn, directories, and tools
- Manage client outreach and qualify inbound/outbound leads
- Track and analyze campaign performance (open rate, replies, conversions)
- Work on digital marketing initiatives such as LinkedIn outreach and content posting
- Support branding efforts through basic social media marketing (LinkedIn posts, engagement)
- Maintain and organize lead data (CRM or spreadsheets)
- Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in email marketing / digital marketing / B2B outreach
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns and lead generation
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, email, basic SEO awareness)
- Experience in database management and client outreach
- Strong English communication skills (written)
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
Important Requirement
- Must have experience handling large-volume email outreach
- Should have access to or experience managing multiple email IDs/inboxes
- Comfortable working with minimal tools and building scalable outreach systems
