THE GIG
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to how teams work.
Reporting into the Technology Governance & Process Improvement Manager, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operation of governance, processes, and tooling across the technology function. Your focus will be on helping teams adopt agreed ways of working, embedding standards into tools, and supporting clear communication and coordination across stakeholders.
You’ll play a key role in making governance and process usable, understood, and embedded — not just documented.
