Information Technology Manager Full Time NEW

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a client, a leading multi-brand Japanese restaurant operator in Indonesia, that is looking to onboard an experienced IT Manager. The organization is known for delivering high-quality dining experiences across multiple concepts and is currently undergoing rapid expansion, including new store openings and technology-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall IT operations across head office and multiple store locations, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business growth and expansion plans
• Oversee system migration initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal disruption
• Manage store-level IT infrastructure, including POS systems, networking, hardware, and software maintenance
• Coordinate IT setup for new store openings, including system configuration, connectivity, and in-store technology such as CCTV installation
• Establish and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks to support operational excellence
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a responsive and business-oriented function
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations and store managers, to deliver effective IT solutions
• Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably within retail, F&B, or multi-site environments
• Hands-on experience in system migration and implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of store IT systems, including POS, networking, hardware, and software support
• Experience supporting new store openings, including IT infrastructure setup and CCTV systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to communicate in professional English level
