Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Event Marketing Manager (Freelancer) to plan and drive high-impact events that build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen our market presence. This role requires strong ownership across the entire event lifecycle—from strategy to execution and post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing for virtual and in-person events (webinars, meetups, conferences)
• Develop event strategies aligned with brand, growth, and lead generation goals
• Manage event promotions across digital channels (social media, email, partnerships)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners
• Handle event logistics, timelines, and execution to ensure seamless delivery
• Track and analyze event performance (attendance, engagement, leads, ROI)
• Repurpose event content for ongoing marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related roles
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful events
• Strong understanding of digital promotion strategies for events
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and optimize performance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Good to Have:

• Experience in B2B, tech, or startup ecosystems
• Familiarity with event tools/platforms (Zoom, HubSpot, Eventbrite, etc.)
• Experience in partnerships, community building, or influencer collaborations
• Strong content sense for event messaging and promotions
