Team Member Risk Secretarial unit Full Time

Role Objective

To provide secretarial and administrative support to risk-related committees by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Committee Support
• Prepare agendas for risk-related committee meetings in consultation with committee heads.
• Document minutes of meetings accurately and circulate to stakeholders within stipulated timelines.
• Follow up on action items arising from committee meetings and track their closure.
• MIS & Reporting
• Prepare regular MIS reports related to committee activities, action items, and risk governance.
• Maintain records of meetings, decisions, and follow-ups for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordination & Scheduling
• Liaise with committee members, panelists, and other stakeholders for scheduling or rescheduling of meetings.
• Ensure smooth logistics and communication for all risk committee engagements.
• Process Support & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to internal governance processes and timelines.
• Support process improvements within the Risk Secretarial Unit to enhance efficiency.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in secretarial, administrative, or committee support roles, preferably in risk or compliance functions in banking/financial services.
