Role Overview
You will be taking on the role of Executive Assistant – Brand & Digital Execution supporting the Director – Sales & Marketing.
This is not a traditional administrative EA position. It is a high-impact, execution-focused role requiring a senior, business-oriented professional (10–15 years’ experience) who can drive structured follow-through and focus on execution across brand activation and digital initiatives.
You will act as the right hand to the Director, bringing clarity, control, and momentum to brand, marketing, and commercial priorities. The role demands ownership, independent thinking, and strong coordination across stakeholders.
Success in this role comes from driving outcomes, not just facilitating conversations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution & Task Ownership
- Convert discussions into structured action plans with defined timelines
- Track and drive key initiatives across sales, brand, and marketing
- Ensure critical tasks are executed and closed without repeated follow-ups
- Maintain visibility on progress and proactively address delays
2. Brand Activation & On-Ground Coordination
- Coordinate execution of brand activations, events, and campaigns
- Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure premium brand standards are maintained in all executions
- Monitor timelines, quality, and delivery compliance
3. Digital Marketing Coordination
- Track campaign execution across social media, content, and performance marketing
- Coordinate with digital agencies and internal teams
- Monitor deliverables and ensure alignment with brand positioning
- Maintain structured reporting on campaign progress
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a central coordination point between Sales, Marketing, Creative, and external partners
- Ensure clarity in communication and consistent follow-ups
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and structured updates
5. Problem-Solving & Decision Support
- Apply strong business judgment to identify gaps and execution risks
- Anticipate bottlenecks and drive timely resolution
- Support the Director with structured insights and progress updates
6. Communication & Documentation
- Draft professional internal updates, memos, and summaries
- Maintain clear documentation of initiatives and timelines
- Ensure structured reporting and execution visibility
7. Process Discipline & Digital Orientation
- Bring structure, systems, and execution discipline to workflows
- Improve tracking mechanisms and reporting processes
- Operate confidently with digital tools and collaborative platforms
8. Performance Tracking & Accountability
- Monitor execution vs timelines and deliverables
- Ensure accountability across teams and stakeholders
- Support structured evaluation processes
9. Ownership & Empowerment
- Operate with high ownership and minimal supervision
- Take independent decisions where required
- Drive outcomes, not just coordination
What Success Looks Like
- Brand and digital initiatives are executed without delay or confusion
- Timelines are consistently met across activation and marketing projects
- The Director is freed from operational follow-ups
- Cross-functional coordination runs smoothly
- Reporting is structured, clear, and proactive

Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field. – Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management. – Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
