Executive Assistant – Head of CP&O & Deputy CFO Full Time

Provide high-quality administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Head of CP&O & Deputy CFO. Ensure effective coordination, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions while enabling efficient execution of executive priorities across the organization.

• Broad experience in the Executive Assistant or administrative discipline, typically obtained through advanced.
• Obtain, organize, and prepare information for conferences, speeches, reports, and presentations as requested by the executive.
• Edit, proofread, format, and design documents, support document production and form completion.
• Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of executive-level materials.
• Own and manage the executive’s agenda, ensuring optimal time allocation, prioritization, and preparedness.
• Oversee access to the executive and act as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Receive, screen, and relay telephone and email messages from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage, filter, and prioritize communication to support efficient decision-making.
• Ensure timely escalation and follow-up on critical items requiring executive attention. Navigate and support internal processes such as financial workflows, authorization procedures, and internal controls.
• Apply functional understanding to anticipate needs and ensure process compliance.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong sense of initiative with an ability to anticipate needs.

Your Background

• Should have master’s or bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Must have 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to interact across levels.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
