Executive Assistant to CEO – FinTech Full Time NEW

A fast-growing FinTech scale-up is looking for an excellent Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO. This is a people-focused environment with a young, ambitious team! Supporting the CEO, you will act as a true right-hand partner in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This is a broad role combining business EA responsibilities with light personal support. This role would suit an emotionally intelligent EA who is looking to step into a visible, influential position within a scaling business.

Duties will include

• Complex and ever-changing diary management, staying multiple steps ahead
• Coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders, board members, and investors
• Acting as a key point of contact and ambassador for the CEO
• Inbox management and prioritisation of communications
• Organising domestic and international travel
• Preparing schedules, briefing documents, and meeting logistics
• Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a polished first impression
• Supporting with company events, socials, and team initiatives
• Light personal support as required

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience supporting senior executives (CEO or C-suite level)
• Experience working with stakeholders, investors, or board-level contacts
• Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environment
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
• Polished, professional, and confident in front-facing situations
• Energetic, sociable, and positive with a “can-do” attitude
• Someone who enjoys bringing people together and contributing to company culture
