Executive Assistant to CEO Full Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Handle expense reports and basic financial documentation
• Assist in project coordination and execution as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-level executives
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
