Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and required documents.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Follow up with departments for pending tasks and updates.
• Organize meetings, events, and management visits.
• Maintain records, files, and important documents systematically.
• Assist in business coordination and operational activities.
• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
