Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Executive – Marketing, Operations & Interview. The role involves coordinating and executing marketing activities to promote partner institutions and recruitment campaigns, including outreach to students, agents, and other stakeholders. The executive will support day-to-day operations such as managing application workflows, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines. The position also includes scheduling and conducting initial student interviews, screening applications, verifying documentation, and guiding applicants through admission procedures. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and channel partners, prompt follow-up with inquiries, and proactive contribution to improving operational efficiency and student experience.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing and communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging messages to students, agents, and institutional partners.
• Operational and administrative abilities, including workflow coordination, documentation management, reporting, and adherence to defined processes.
• Interviewing and student counseling skills, with the capability to assess candidate fit, verify information, and provide accurate guidance on application and admission steps.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM or student management systems and online communication tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders and maintain a professional, inclusive approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; prior experience in education consulting, international admissions, or student recruitment is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata and occasionally adjust working hours to align with international time zones when required.
