- Daily Activities
- Ensuring periodic updation of supplier masters.
- Passing of freight bills in the system.
- Giving clearance of freight bills.
- Preparing Cheque for freight bills after ensuring that all advances are adjusted.
- Controlling the advances and ensuring their adjustment against subsequent bills.
- Monthly Activities
- Coordinating with personnel Department and disbursing Staff salaries.
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements on time.
- Ensuring the submission of Monthly reports to various functions.
- Preparing NSSO returns.
- Preparing of PF, ESIC returns etc.
- Doing Reconciliation of Loans of Operators.
