Executive – Social Media & Branding Full Time NEW

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for an Executive – Social Media & Branding who can drive content, storytelling, and community for the brand. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution to build consistent and engaging brand presence across platforms. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up online and how our audience experiences our stories.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Build content buckets (styling, product storytelling, lifestyle, campaigns) and drive IPs & evergreen series.
• Lead social media for launches and campaigns, including pre-buzz, launch, and post-launch content.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams for seamless campaign rollouts.
• Ideate reels, posts, and stories with strong hooks and narratives.
• Brief shoots and guide content direction (UGC + in-house).
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tonality (simple, thoughtful, no-noise).
• Manage Instagram and other relevant platforms end-to-end.
• Optimize posting schedules, captions, and engagement tactics.
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, saves, conversions) and analyze performance.
• Drive growth in organic reach and engagement through continuous iteration.
• Build and nurture an engaged community through comments, DMs, and interactions.
• Identify community insights and leverage them in content strategy.
• Collaborate with influencer, performance, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.

WHO ARE YOU?

• 2–5 years of experience in social media/content roles (preferably in fashion/lifestyle).
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
• Creative thinking with a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling.
• Ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
