Role Description

This is an entry level, full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Fashion Operations and Order Management Analyst. The Analyst will manage end-to-end order processing, analyze operational workflows, handle purchase orders, and ensure smooth logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, optimizing order management systems, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to oversee day-to-day operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Order Management and Order Processing
• Understanding of Warehouse Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operations and processes
• Experience in managing Purchase Orders and inventory systems
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion or retail sector is a plus
• Familiarity with order management software is an advantage
